The role requires strong bar knowledge, leadership, and a passion for beverages. You will work to drive revenue, manage stock, and ensure ambient service that aligns with Merivale’s standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar leadership role.
• Background in creating exceptional guest experiences with cocktails.
• Ability to drive revenue, maintain stock levels and product standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, consistency and excellence across the bar.
• Define and design the bar product offering to elevate guest experience.
• Lead and develop a passionate service team with strong product knowledge.
• Manage stock, costs and stock controls to maximise profitability.
