Job summary

Merivale is seeking an experienced Bar Manager for a premier venue in our coastal dining concept. You will oversee day-to-day bar operations, lead a talented team, and shape the cocktail program to deliver an outstanding guest experience with a Mediterranean soul.

The role requires strong bar knowledge, leadership, and a passion for beverages. You will work to drive revenue, manage stock, and ensure ambient service that aligns with Merivale’s standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar leadership role.
• Background in creating exceptional guest experiences with cocktails.
• Ability to drive revenue, maintain stock levels and product standards.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join this well-established favourite. You will be managing the day-to-day operations of this bustling restaurant bars.

You will lead and develop a team, drive revenue, understand and manage stock, define and design the product offering and ensure the ambience of the bar is always on point.

We are searching for a true bar enthusiast, someone who has strong and passionate cocktail and spirit knowledge. Taking the team with you on a creative journey, to ensure that we are delivering an exceptional guest experience and an outstanding product.
