Merivale is seeking experienced Cocktail Bartenders to join our teams across a range of venues in Sydney. You’ll showcase classic cocktails, deliver personalised recommendations and ensure every drink meets high standards.

Job description

We’re looking for experienced Cocktail Bartenders to join our teams across a range of Merivale venues. From busy restaurant bars to late-night cocktail spots, we have opportunities to suit different styles and experience.

You’ll know your classics, take pride in every drink and enjoy getting to know the guests on the other side of the bar. Whether you’re recommending a new favourite or keeping up with a busy service, you’ll bring strong cocktail knowledge, attention to detail and a welcoming approach.

In this role, you’ll:

• Prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency, care and pace.
• Guide guests through the drink’s menu with confident, personalised recommendations.
• Stay on top of bar preparation, stock and presentation throughout service.

What You Bring

• Previous cocktail bartending experience in a busy bar or restaurant.
• A strong understanding of classic cocktails, spirits and preparation techniques.
• The ability to balance speed and quality during a busy service.
• A friendly, confident approach and a willingness to support your team.
• An interest in developing your drinks knowledge and learning new skills.
• A current NSW RSA and availability to work evenings and weekends.
