Job summary

IT Alliance Australia seeks a Co-Facilitator in Canberra to support executive training programs for APS SES or equivalent C-level audiences. The role focuses on delivering impactful sessions and aligning learning outcomes with senior leadership needs.

The candidate will participate in governance discussions related to large-scale digital transformation projects and work with executive boards to ensure effective learning and outcomes for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating executive pitched training for SES or equivalent C-level audiences.
• Proven involvement in governance or decision-making forums on large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to advise executive governance boards on complex programs.
• Proven track record delivering training and workshops for senior executives to achieve learning outcomes.

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Co-Facilitator in Canberra.

Skills/Experience:

• Experience facilitating executive pitched training, workshops or leadership development programs for the APS Senior Executive Service (SES) or equivalent C-level audiences.
• Demonstrated experience with being a part of governance, oversight or decision-making forums associated with large-scale digital transformation, ICT or technology-enabled projects or programs.
• Demonstratable experience engaging with or advising executive governance boards for large and complex digital transformation programs.
• Proven experience facilitating training and workshops for a Senior Executive audience to support the delivery and achievement of specific learning outcomes.
