Job summary

Real Engineering and Manufacturing Pty Ltd – West Gosford NSW is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to run a variety of CNC machines and contribute to productivity improvements. Ideal candidates will have CNC programming experience and proficiency with lathes and milling operations.

You will read engineering drawings and schematics, set up and adjust machines, and perform routine maintenance to ensure safe, efficient production and high-quality parts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Machinist or in a similar manufacturing role.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of manual and CNC machines (lathes and mills) to manufacture parts to precise specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain machines to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to development of new manufacturing techniques.
