Job summary

REPLINE is a Sydney-based manufacturer seeking a CNC Machinist for lathe programming and setting. The role covers reading drawings, tool setting, and producing first-off components to quality standards.

You will work with multi-axis CNC lathes, troubleshoot issues, and stay aligned with production goals. Experience with Doosan lathes and Fanuc controls is highly regarded; a strong safety and quality mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC lathe programming and setting experience.

• Ability to independently set up a CNC lathe for a new component.

CNC Machinist – Lathe Programmer & Setter

REPLINE is a growing Sydney-based manufacturing business specialising in high-quality custom machined components using precision multi-axis CNC lathes. We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist with strong CNC lathe programming and setting skills. This position is suited to someone who understands the complete machining process and can confidently work from an engineering drawing through to machine setup and production of a quality finished component. You'll join a stable and supportive team where practical knowledge, problem-solving and quality workmanship are valued.

Key responsibilities

• Manual programming and setting of CNC lathes
