Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade is required.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings accurately.
• Experience with CNC lathe tooling and CAM programming is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual lathes and mills to tight tolerances.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Extensive experience in CNC manufacturing, encompassing programming and operational expertise an advantage.
• Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform routine machine maintenance.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate as an integral member of a multifunctional team.
