Job summary

Campbelltown RSL is seeking a reliable Cellar and Function Setup Attendant to support cellar operations, beverage stock control and flexible function setup.

The role offers full-time or part-time opportunities with training and development, uniform and meal allowance, plus free onsite parking in a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Current RSA Competency Card.
• Previous cellar, stores, hospitality or function experience is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Moderate computer skills, with SenPOS experience an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Stock control and ordering with suppliers.
• Receive, store and rotate beverage stock including kegs.
• Maintain par levels and assist with monthly stocktakes.
• Clean beer lines and check cellar equipment, gas systems and cool rooms.
• Keep cellar and storage areas clean, organised and safe.
• Set up and pack down functions according to Banquet Event Orders.
• Safely move tables, chairs and equipment.
• Assist catering, management and other Club departments as required.

Club Cellar and Function Setup Attendant

Campbelltown RSL is seeking a reliable and hands-on Cellar and Function Setup Attendant to join our team. This varied role supports cellar operations, beverage stock control and function setup. It is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in maintaining high standards and works well both independently and within a team.

Key responsibilities

• Stock control and ordering with suppliers
• Receive, store and rotate beverage stock including kegs
• Maintain par levels and assist with monthly stocktakes
• Clean beer lines and check cellar equipment, gas systems and cool rooms
• Keep cellar and storage areas clean, organised and safe
• Set up and pack down functions according to Banquet Event Orders
• Safely move tables, chairs and equipment
• Assist catering, management and other Club departments as required

About you

• Current RSA Competency Card

• Ability to safely handle kegs, cartons, furniture and equipment
• Reliable, flexible and comfortable working in a physical role

• Availability Tuesday to Saturday with 7am start, including flexibility for monthly stocktake on the first day of each month
