Job summary

Atarix is seeking a motivated Cloud Systems Support Officer to join our Sydney CBD team. The role focuses on Level 2 support for Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, with emphasis on troubleshooting, automation, and customer service for business customers.

You will administer identities, licensing, and access while supporting VMs, networking, storage, and security. Automation initiatives using Rewst and PowerShell will be a core part of daily work, with opportunities to grow in cloud

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments in a Managed Services or IT Support environment.
• Rewst Automation Platform Certification (Rewst 200) required.
• Experience in Level 2 Service Desk, Cloud Support, or Systems Administrator role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for Microsoft 365 and Azure across multiple customers.
• Troubleshoot incidents for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune and Azure services.
• Administer identities, groups, licensing, and access within Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Support Azure VMs, networking, storage, backup, and monitoring.
• Investigate authentication, conditional access, device management, and cloud security issues.
• Create and improve automation workflows using Rewst and PowerShell.
• Assist onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle automation processes.
• Document procedures, knowledge base articles, and support activities.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and maintain customer communications.
• Participate in continuous improvement to enhance service delivery.
• Stay current with Microsoft cloud technologies and security best practices.
