Job summary

Redox Ltd is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and other cloud technologies.

You will deliver expert support, design and manage software integrations, oversee upgrades, and ensure the health of our Hyper-V environment, network, DNS, and security. The role is based in our hybrid Sydney office, offering balanced work-life and opportunities to contribute to a growing, globally connected team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Systems Administrator.
• Proven experience with Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Autopilot, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Teams).
• Experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V nodes and virtual machines.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with SIP/IP telephony and firewall management (FortiGate) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support to resolve complex technical issues.
• Analyse, design, implement, and manage software integrations for seamless functionality.
• Plan and manage lifecycle of system upgrades and new implementations.
• Maintain health of Hyper-V server environment and address issues proactively.
• Monitor network health and devices, maintaining reliability and security.
• Configure DNS, routers, switches and firewall policies (FortiGate).
• Maintain Exchange Online, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DFS.
• Support IP telephony system and troubleshoot VOIP issues.
