Job summary
Water Corporation is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to join our Cloud Platform team in Western Australia. You will design, build and improve enterprise integrations that connect systems, data and applications, supporting secure and scalable operations across the region.
You will work with APIs, messaging and event-driven approaches, maintain the IBM WebMethods platform, and contribute to modernisation efforts with cloud-native solutions.
Qualifications
- Degree in IT/CS/Software Engineering or equivalent.
- Significant experience building and supporting enterprise integrations.
- Experience with IBM WebMethods and modern integration tech.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and deploy secure, scalable integration solutions.
- Build and support APIs, messaging services and event-driven integrations.
- Maintain and enhance the IBM WebMethods platform and support modernization.
- Apply integration architecture standards and security controls.
- Develop automated testing and deployment pipelines.
- Provide guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimise integration services for high availability.
- Contribute to standards and reusable patterns.
- Evaluate emerging integration technologies and recommend improvements.
