Qualifications

• 2+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.
• Knowledge of cloud computing technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Experience communicating with IT managers, technical teams, and management to collect requirements and present solutions.

Responsibilities

• Territory Ownership & Planning: Create and execute a Territory Sales Plan to achieve revenue goals.
• Pipeline Generation: Build a programmatic motion to generate qualified pipeline across new and existing customers.
• Sales Execution: Manage full sales cycles including prospecting, discovery, demos, and closing deals.
• Partner Orchestration: Work with AWS partners to define engagement strategies for your territory.
• Customer Engagement: Engage IT Managers and technical decision makers to propose AWS solutions.
• Campaign Execution: Lead programmatic campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with DGRs, Solution Architects, partners, and industry teams.
• Customer Support: Manage payment, suspension, and MFA issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Forecasting & CRM Hygiene: Track activity, forecast pipeline, and manage targets in CRM.
• Leverage Programs: Utilize MAP Lite and funding for higher-value deals.
