Job summary

Wenco is seeking a Systems Administrator to operate and secure end-user systems and cloud services in a cloud-first, security-focused environment aligned with ISO 27001 controls. You will provide Tier 1–2 support, manage access, and maintain documentation while enabling VPNs, encryption, and identity governance.

With 2+ years’ experience, you will administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, Intune, and JAMF, while supporting security operations and backups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of Helpdesk or System Administration experience.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 IT support and manage tickets with SLA adherence.
• Maintain audit-ready docs and contribute to knowledge base.
• Administer MS Entra ID including MFA, CA, and SSO.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and access reviews.
• Support privileged access management and RBAC.
• Administer Intune and JAMF for devices and apps.
• Monitor and remediate non-compliant devices.
• Support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
• Support security operations and incident triage basics.
• Maintain on-prem and cloud infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, virtualization).
• Execute change management with approvals and maintain asset inventory.
• Develop PowerShell automation scripts.
• Produce audit evidence and assist compliance activities.
