Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a senior infrastructure engineer to design, automate and operate identity, endpoint management, and workplace infrastructure. You will own Okta, Jamf Pro and cloud services, building self-sustaining automation and mentoring others as you go.

You will operate AWS and Meraki services, administer AI platforms, and design observability and escalation workflows. Richmond‑based presence is required at least two days per week, with a competitive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Several years engineering or administering corporate infrastructure in a SaaS or tech‑led company.
• Strong Okta administration and identity lifecycle experience, including building/workflows.
• Strong Jamf Pro and macOS fleet management experience.
• Experience automating operational processes with Python, PowerShell, APIs, workflows or IaC.
• Experience troubleshooting complex incidents and performing root‑cause analysis.
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
• Willing to work from the Richmond office at least two days a week.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Dive in and share learnings openly.

Responsibilities

• Observability: Design monitoring and safe remediation workflows.
