Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support and enhance our enterprise platforms across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and on-premises infrastructure. You will help maintain secure, compliant systems while driving automation and operational excellence.

You will administer environments, manage user lifecycles, contribute to security governance, troubleshoot complex issues, participate in disaster recovery, and develop automation with PowerShell and Power Automate.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Active Directory environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, networking, and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, endpoint compliance, and security best practices.
• Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory/Intune environments.
• Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding, access management, and offboarding.
• Support security, compliance, and operational governance across enterprise platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, endpoint, and identity-related issues.
• Contribute to incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Power Automate, and AI-assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
