Southern NSW Local Health District's Westmead Hospital is seeking a Clinical Trials Manager to lead a major oncology portfolio and drive excellence in patient-centred research.
You will oversee the Westmead MOCTU, lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure compliance with GCP and NHMRC guidelines, and collaborate with investigators, sponsors and industry partners to expand trial activity and improve outcomes.

Join the Westmead Medical Oncology Clinical Trial Unit (MOCTU), a leading oncology research service based at Westmead Hospital. Over the past 15 years, MOCTU has grown into a highly regarded and rapidly expanding unit, supporting approximately 90 active clinical trials across Phase 1 to Phase 4 studies. As the Clinical Trials Manager, you will provide strategic, operational and people leadership to ensure the successful delivery, expansion and continuous improvement of the oncology clinical trials program. Working closely with the Operations Manager and Medical Director, you will oversee the unit's resources, trial portfolio and performance while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance and patient-centred care.
Lead a high-performing oncology clinical trials program and help advance innovative cancer treatments that improve patient outcomes. Use your leadership and research expertise to make a meaningful impact across patients, staff and the wider health system.
