Western Sydney Local Health District – Westmead NSW is seeking a Clinical Trials Manager to lead one of Australia's largest oncology clinical trial portfolios.

You will join the Westmead Medical Oncology Clinical Trial Unit (MOCTU), directing a multidisciplinary team and shaping trial delivery across Phase 1 to Phase 4 studies.

Over the past 15 years, MOCTU has grown into a highly regarded and rapidly expanding unit, supporting approximately 90 active clinical trials across Phase 1 to Phase 4 studies. Our multidisciplinary team of experienced research professionals is committed to advancing cancer treatment through world-class clinical research and delivering exceptional care to patients.

What you'll be doing
As the Clinical Trials Manager, you will provide strategic, operational and people leadership to ensure the successful delivery, expansion and continuous improvement of the oncology clinical trials program. Working closely with the Operations Manager and Medical Director, you will oversee the unit's resources, trial portfolio and performance while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance and patient-centred care.
