Job summary

Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Trials Coordinator to support and coordinate multiple NSLHD Clinical trial units. This temporary full-time role (until 12 December 2027) offers 38 hours per week and a Health Manager Level 2 classification.

The role focuses on managing patient caseloads, coordinating trial procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance. Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background is encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating industry-sponsored multi-centre clinical trials is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the patient caseload for each study, coordinating study-specific procedures.
• Oversee study coordination to ensure adherence to ICH-GCP and national guidelines.
• Collaborate with researchers and clinical staff to support trial delivery.
