Qualifikationen

• Certificate or Diploma in Pathology, Biomedical Science or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience as Medical Receptionist or Administrator.
• Experience in Clinical Trials is highly desired.
• High attention to detail and ability to correctly manage and import patient/trial data.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and work productively in a team.
• Strong time management skills and high attention to detail.
• Demonstrate a high level of commitment to the principles of quality management and continuous quality improvement.

Aufgaben

• Data entry and administrative support to the Clinical Research Team.
• Greet patients and visitors, ensuring a professional experience.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments and CTMS entries.
• Confirm appointments and guide on study procedures; reschedule as needed.
• Collect and record basic patient information per protocol and privacy rules.
• Respond to general patient inquiries and escalate complex questions to the clinical team.
• Monitor, organise, and replenish site supplies.
• Maintain site documentation and records to GCP standards.
• Provide administrative support for investigator meetings.
• Setup and maintain trial information on site CTMS and physical documentation.
• Assist in study budgets and vendor/payments; oversee site payments.
• Collaborate with Clinical Research Coordinators, Nurses, Phlebotomists, Doctors and Site Director.
• Keep meticulous records for every patient and biological samples.
• Deliver documentation within strict turnaround times.
