Job summary

Northern Sydney Dermatology & Laser is seeking an experienced Clinical & Executive Coordinator to work closely with Dr Wines. The role focuses on delivering an exemplary patient experience, optimising the diary, coordinating treatment journeys and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

You will manage appointments, recalls, cancellations and liaise with clinical, nursing and admin teams to support efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Proactive, personable, and exceptionally organised.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy specialist medical practice.
• Experience in a medical environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimising Dr Wines' diary
• Coordinating patient treatment plans, appointments and follow-up
• Tracking conversations and reporting conversation data to Dr Wines
• Providing a personalised, high-quality patient experience
• Managing recalls, cancellations and appointment utilisation
• Liaising between patients, Dr Wines and the clinical team
• Supporting efficient systems, communication and workflows
• Assisting with professional, educational and practice-related activities and training
• Providing an exceptional service experience and patient care
