Job summary

St Leonards Laser and Skin in North Sydney is seeking a warm, polished Receptionist & Front of House Coordinator to welcome clients and manage the premium clinic's front of house. You will handle check-ins, bookings, phone and email inquiries, and assist with general questions about treatments and care instructions.

You will also manage patient files, confirmations, follow ups, and basic POS, while collaborating with clinicians, nurses and dermal therapists for smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical reception, beauty/cosmetic clinic administration, or high-end hospitality.
• Impeccable presentation and professional communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Timely booking software.
• Passion for cosmetic, skin and beauty industry.
• Organised, calm under pressure and proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients, manage check-ins/check-outs and maintain a luxe reception area.
• Handle phone calls, emails and online bookings with efficiency and empathy.
• Answer questions about treatments and pre/post care instructions.
• Manage patient files, confirmations, follow ups and basic POS processing.
• Collaborate with clinicians, nurses and dermal therapists for smooth operations.
