You will efficiently handle bookings by phone, EDI/IVRS, and email, update ERP systems, and liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written communication for email-focused interactions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in logistics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexibly within tight schedules and dynamic workloads.
• Understanding of imports and exports processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently process and monitor client bookings via phone, EDI/IVRS, and email, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
• Resolve client issues and complaints professionally, guaranteeing satisfaction with resolutions provided.
• Maintain and update ERP systems with essential client information and reports.
• Act as a communication conduit between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and find innovative solutions.
