Roche Australia seeks a Customer Service Specialist to act as a vital bridge between healthcare providers, logistics partners, and internal supply chain teams. You will ensure life-changing medical products reach customers promptly through streamlined order processing and AI-assisted workflows.

Bring 3+ years in medical distribution or healthcare logistics, confident ERP/ SAP experience, and GDP/compliance know-how.

Competenze

3+ years of customer service, returns, or order management experience, preferably within medical distribution, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare logistics.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP software and EDI exception resolution (desired).
Knowledge of Google Suite tools or similar (essential).
Strong understanding of GDP requirements and temperature-controlled cold-chain logistics.

Mansioni

Order processing: Execute end-to-end processing of customer orders using AI-supported entry tools and ERP systems. Validate extractions, fix pricing/item discrepancies, resolve EDI holds, and manage allocations.
Dual Logistics & Vendor Coordination: Align with warehouse teams and external providers on dispatch cut-offs, picking schedules, and delivery tracking.
Variance Resolution & Returns Management: Investigate variances with POD logs, oversee returns, log complaints in CRM, and maintain audit-ready records.
Deliver exceptional customer support: Maintain prompt call-back response times and clear email resolutions.
