Job summary

Responsibilities

Resolve client issues and complaints professionally, guaranteeing satisfaction with resolutions provided.
Maintain and update ERP systems with essential client information and reports.
Act as a communication conduit between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and find innovative solutions.
