Gippsland Health Alliance is seeking a Service Desk Officer to join our ICT Operations team on a casual basis at Latrobe Regional Health in Gippsland. You will provide Level 1 ICT support, triage calls, and help maintain service delivery in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Ideal candidates have exceptional customer service, strong organisation, IT knowledge (Windows, Office, Exchange), ITIL familiarity, and the ability to work in rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have excellent customer service and communication across diverse users.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Sound understanding of computer systems and basic ICT support principles, ITIL knowledge desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 1 ICT support, triaging, prioritising and resolving service desk calls.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and accurately capture call information.
• Support user administration and application access across GHA systems.
• Maintain Service Desk documentation and contribute to process improvements.
• Onboard and assist new users; collaborate with teams to resolve incidents.
• Assist in service delivery improvements and rollout of new services.
