Job summary

Adora Fertility is seeking an approachable ICT Support Officer to own day-to-day IT support across clinic, day surgery and corporate sites. The role focuses on core ICT duties with structured training, then gradually taking ownership of more complex issues and projects.

This full-time 12-month contract can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, depending on location. You will support Windows 10/11, MS 365, AD/Entra ID, and networking, with exposure to healthcare environments and privacy

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an IT support role
• Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills
• Exposure to Active Directory and/or Entra ID user administration
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)
• Initiative, curiosity and self-motivation
• Strong communication skills with non-technical staff
• Discretion with sensitive information and privacy obligations for health information
• MSP experience
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, MS-900, AZ-104 (or working toward), ITIL Foundation

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line IT support beyond the MSP
• On-boarding/off-boarding using automated provisioning tooling and coordinating with HR
• Manage end-user devices, printers, and AV across sites
• Administer Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, licenses
• Manage Hybrid AD + Entra ID users and groups
• Maintain asset registers, runbooks and documentation
• Site networking and VPN/DNS/DHCP changes with MSP
• Windows server file shares, permissions and backups
• Cloud phone system administration and IVR changes
• Vendor/MSP coordination and service-quality assurance
