Job summary

Calvary is seeking an experienced Clinical Educator to join our Education Team in Sydney. The role supports our Aged Care and Home Care services by designing and delivering engaging education programs, empowering our workforce to provide high-quality, person-centred care.

Based at the Sydney Head Office, a hybrid work arrangement and travel to sites across NSW are expected. You will develop workshops, collaborate with internal and external partners, and ensure education aligns with best practice

Qualifications

• Experience delivering education and training in clinical settings.
• Ability to design and evaluate education programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver workshops, training programs and activities that support person-centred care.
• Coordinate educational strategies with internal Calvary personnel and external stakeholders.
• Provide oversight of design, development, coordination, delivery and evaluation of education related to clinical practice and ensure competency assessment and compliance documentation.
