Job summary

Calvary is seeking an experienced Clinical Educator to join our Education Team in Sydney. In this full-time role, you will design, develop and deliver education programs that strengthen clinical capability across Aged Care and Home Care services, ensuring safe, person-centred care.

Based at our Sydney Head Office with hybrid/flexible arrangements, the role involves travel to NSW sites and work-from-home options for the right candidate, supporting learning directly in the workplace.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Clinical Education.
• Flexibility and ability to travel regularly to sites within NSW.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and evaluate clinical education.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with ICT proficiency.
• Must have a valid unrestricted driver's licence.
• Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).

Responsibilities

• To develop and deliver workshops, training programs and activities that support person centred care, support service delivery requirements and promote skill and capability development.
• Ensuring educational strategies reflect best practice and align with workforce development KPI's, via partnerships with internal Calvary personnel and external stakeholders.
• Oversee design, development, coordination, delivery and evaluation of education related to clinical practice across NSW Calvary aged care and home care services; complete competency assessments and post-training documentation.
