Job summary

Eldercare is seeking an experienced Clinical Educator to join our Learning & Development team at Head Office, Eastwood. You will design, develop and deliver contemporary learning solutions that build capability across Eldercare’s clinical and care workforce.

Working with site teams to translate clinical knowledge into practical learning, you’ll apply adult learning principles, facilitate face-to-face sessions and evaluate learning impact to inform continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Current RN registration with AHPRA and clinical experience in aged care.
• Demonstrated Learning & Development or education experience.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or working towards one).
• Experience designing, developing, facilitating and evaluating learning programs.
• Knowledge and application of adult learning principles.
• Experience developing learning resources and competency-based assessments.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Sound knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant requirements.
• A proactive, collaborative and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver contemporary learning solutions for Eldercare’s Clinical and Care workforce.
• Contribute to Mandatory Onboarding and Annual Training Programs at Head Office.
• Develop site-based toolbox education and targeted learning solutions.
• Apply adult learning principles to create engaging, practical learning experiences.
• Facilitate face-to-face learning and deliver workplace learning resources.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness to inform continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical educators, SMEs, leaders and site teams to translate knowledge into practice.
