Wanniassa Dental in ACT is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to support the smooth running of our clinical operations and help lead our dental team. You will manage front-of-house tasks, coordinate daily clinical operations and mentor Dental Assistants to maintain high standards of care.

The role offers a hands-on leadership position within a collaborative team, with a focus on infection control, patient flow, and continuous improvement of practice operations.

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Providing front desk and reception support, including greeting patients and assisting with bookings, and stepping in to work as a Dental Assistant when required to support the team.
• Coordinating daily clinical operations and supporting the dental team.
• Providing guidance and support to Dental Assistants.
• Ensuring clinical rooms are prepared, stocked and maintained to a high standard.
• Overseeing infection control, sterilisation and clinical compliance procedures.
• Supporting clinician schedules and ensuring efficient patient flow.
• Assisting with the onboarding and training of new team members.
• Maintaining high standards of patient care and clinical safety.
• Working closely with the Practice Manager and clinicians to improve practice operations.
