Are you an experienced Aged Care Registered Nurse looking for your next step into clinical leadership?

We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Care Coordinator to join a large residential aged care home in Coffs Harbour.

This is an opportunity to join an established team, work alongside an experienced Facility Manager and take on a key clinical leadership position within the home.

The Opportunity

As Clinical Care Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the clinical operations of the home and ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care. You'll work closely with the Facility Manager and broader clinical team, providing clinical leadership, guidance and support across the home.

The role offers a consistent Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm working pattern, making it an attractive opportunity for an experienced aged care professional looking for greater structure and work-life balance.

About You

We're looking for an experienced aged care professional who is confident working within a clinical environment and passionate about delivering high-quality resident care.

Experience as a Clinical Care Coordinator is desirable, however, we are also very open to speaking with highly experienced Registered Nurses in Aged Care who are looking to take the next step into a clinical leadership position.

You will need

• AHPRA Registered Nurse
• Full Australian Working Rights
• Previous experience within Residential Aged Care
• Experience as a Clinical Care Coordinator is desirable
• Highly experienced Aged Care RNs looking to progress into a CCC position are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A genuine commitment to resident outcomes and quality care
