Austcorp Executive is seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead clinical and care delivery across an established residential aged care facility in NSW. You will drive quality outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance and oversee multidisciplinary teams on site.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory/leadership in aged care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of aged care legislation, accreditation and funding models.
• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship).

Care Manager – Residential Aged Care

Looking for experienced Aged Care Nurses looking to relocate

Seeking a Care Manager to lead clinical and care delivery across established residential aged care facility in the Central Coast. These roles carry responsibility for both clinical oversight and day-to-day operational performance, with a focus on driving quality outcomes, maintaining compliance and leading multidisciplinary teams. Each site is supported by additional leadership and quality resources, allowing focus on team leadership, governance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
