You will collaborate with a Clinical Manager and Facility Manager to drive quality outcomes, with on-call flexibility and a support-driven environment that emphasises safe, home-like care.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with AHPRA registration and a Police Check.
• Demonstrated leadership to manage teams and drive change.
• Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and AN-ACC guidelines.
• Strong computer literacy and accurate clinical documentation.
• Motivated, empathetic and passionate about superior clinical outcomes.

In this full-time, Monday-to-Friday position, you will be 3rd in charge of a vibrant medium sized residence, balancing hands-on clinical nursing with strategic leadership.
