Job summary
Coal Services Pty Limited is seeking a Clinical Advisor Lead to support delivery of high-quality medical services across CS Health. You will provide leadership to the Medicine team and drive governance and improvement initiatives.
You’ll collaborate with Medical Officers and senior leaders to strengthen clinical practice, develop professional development programs and ensure service excellence, with travel between CS Health locations as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in clinical governance, quality improvement and audit processes.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring and stakeholder influence.
- Exceptionally strong communication and engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership across the Medicine team
- Develop and implement clinical governance frameworks and quality initiatives
- Support professional development programs for Medical Officers
- Review and improve processes that support medical service delivery
- Provide advice, education and data insights for best-practice outcomes
- Collaborate with senior leaders to achieve strategic objectives
- Relieve leadership responsibilities and support operations as needed
- Deliver clinical services to maintain continuity of service
