Job summary

Redstone Recruitment seeks a Senior Clinical Consultant to partner with aged care providers, strengthening clinical governance and improving resident outcomes. You will lead improvement engagements, identify risks, and manage a client portfolio with potential for interstate travel.

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration essential.
• Significant clinical experience in aged care.
• Strong knowledge of governance, quality improvement, compliance and standards.
• Experience identifying clinical risks and implementing practical improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical improvement engagements across aged care providers, identifying compliance gaps, clinical risks and opportunities for sustainable improvement.
• Build and manage your own portfolio of clients, developing relationships with organisations not currently engaged by the business.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities, establishing yourself as a trusted clinical contact within the aged care sector.
• Support existing clients while proactively developing new relationships and generating additional consulting work.
• Collaborate with the Chief Clinical Officer and wider specialist team to deliver high-quality clinical advisory and improvement services.
• Provide practical guidance to aged care providers on clinical governance, quality improvement and compliance.
• Travel to client sites as required, with interstate travel possible as the business develops.
• Attend the South Yarra office regularly to build relationships with the team and support collaboration.
