Job summary

Coal Services Pty Limited seeks a Clinical Advisor Lead to support the delivery of high-quality medical services for the NSW coal industry. Reporting to the Principal Medical Advisor, this role provides clinical leadership across the Medicine team while driving quality improvement, governance frameworks and service excellence.

Based in Singleton, this permanent full-time position requires leadership, collaboration with Medical Officers and Occupational Physicians, and travel between CS Health

Qualifications

• Registered Medical Practitioner with the Medical Board of Australia.
• Experience in health sector or regulated industry.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring and coaching.
• Experience in clinical governance and quality improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across the Medicine team and CS Health.
• Develop and implement clinical governance and quality initiatives.
• Support professional development programs for Medical Officers.
• Review and improve processes for medical service delivery.
• Provide advice and data insights for best-practice outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to achieve strategic objectives.
• Relieve leadership responsibilities and support operational leadership.
• Deliver clinical services to maintain continuity of service.
