Job summary

ForHealth Group in Bondi is seeking a Full-time Assistant Practice Manager to support the Practice Manager with opening a new EVOCA clinic and to handle day-to-day operations of a busy multi-disciplinary medical centre.

You will manage front desk reception, drive patient-focused service, and help develop a capable team while ensuring compliance and high-quality care across the network.

Qualifications

• Team leadership experience in customer-service environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage front-desk operations and support the Practice Manager.
• Proficient IT skills; familiarity with Pracsoft/MedTech advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create a Patient-First culture with exceptional service.
• Assist Practice Manager with operational tasks and onboarding.
• Lead and develop a skilled frontline team.
• Manage opening/closing of the centre with compliant procedures.
• Maintain relationships with patients and medical staff.
• Ensure adherence to policies and health regulations.
