Body for Life is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead our busy WA clinic. You will manage the reception and admin team, optimize operations, and drive client experience while working closely with directors to achieve business goals.

This hands-on role requires a confident leader who can motivate staff, manage schedules, and handle challenges with poise. The role is 35 hours per week, including Saturdays, in Success, WA.

We bring together a passionate team of health professionals offering Chiropractic Care, Physiotherapy, Remedial Massage and a range of innovative recovery and wellness services.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As Clinic Manager, you’ll play a central role in the daily operations, team performance and ongoing success of Body for Life.

Working closely with the Directors, you’ll be trusted to take ownership, make decisions, solve problems and ensure our centre operates smoothly and efficiently.

This is a hands‑on leadership position combining people management, business operations, client experience and front‑of‑house support.

No two days will be the same, and that’s exactly what makes this role exciting!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, motivate and support our reception and administrative team, creating a positive, accountable and high-performing workplace.


• Provide clear direction, coaching, training and constructive feedback.


• Coordinate staff rosters, leave, recruitment and day-to-day staffing requirements.


• Address staff challenges confidently and professionally.


• Build strong working relationships between practitioners, reception staff and management.

Clinic Operations & Business Performance

• Oversee the smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operation of the centre.


• Work closely with the Directors to implement improvements and achieve business goals.


• Monitor appointment books, practitioner utilisation, rebooking rates and key performance indicators.


• Identify opportunities to increase bookings, improve client retention and support membership growth.


• Oversee administrative systems, financial processes, payments and daily reconciliations.

Client Experience & Front-of-House

• Ensure every client receives a welcoming, professional and exceptional experience.


• Provide hands‑on reception support when required, including bookings, payments and enquiries.


• Ensure incoming calls, messages and online enquiries are managed promptly and effectively.


• Support the team in converting enquiries into bookings and encouraging ongoing client engagement.


• Manage client feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism and confidence.


• Work collaboratively with practitioners to ensure seamless client experiences and efficient clinic flow.

• Remains calm under pressure and enjoys being hands‑on when needed.


• Brings a positive attitude, professionalism and a genuine passion for people.

Previous healthcare or allied health experience would be highly regarded, but exceptional leadership skills, initiative and the right attitude are what matter most to us.

HOURS & AVAILABILITY

This is a permanent part-time position of 35 hours per week, including Saturdays & occasional Sundays and a combination of morning and evening shifts.
