Job summary

Doctors and Co. invites a friendly Medical Receptionist to join Armstrong Creek Doctors in Geelong. You will greet patients, check in, collect co-pays, schedule appointments, and keep records neat and confidential while supporting a welcoming clinic environment.

Experience with BEST PRACTICE or MEDICAL DIRECTOR is preferred; police check, Working with Children clearance, and First Aid/CPR are required as part of the selection criteria.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a Medical Receptionist in a medical practice.
• Experience with medical software (BEST PRACTICE/MEDICAL DIRECTOR) is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient and staff interactions.
