An Australian investment firm is seeking a Client and Workplace Experience Manager to lead client hospitality and workplace services in its Sydney office. You will own service standards, supplier performance and the daily experience of clients and employees.

Reporting to the Office & Facilities Manager, you’ll split hands-on delivery with autonomy to improve front-of-house processes, events and operations, including budgets and vendor management.

Competenze

• Experience in workplace operations or front of house environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate meetings and events.
• Strong vendor and budget management skills.

Mansioni

• Lead reception, meeting rooms and client areas to ensure top service standards.
• Collaborate with Receptionist to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Manage catering, events and onsite meetings with suppliers and internal teams.
• Oversee budgets, supplier performance and service levels.
• Support Office & Facilities Manager and drive improvements.
