Job summary

MAYDAY Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Office/Facilities Manager to lead the immediate operational refresh and elevate workplace standards in a prestigious Sydney environment. This full‑time in‑the‑office role is a 3‑month temporary position with potential extension, based in Norwest/Sydney.

You’ll own day‑to‑day facilities, partner with Workplace Experience and Facilities teams, and oversee cleaners, maintenance and catering partners, with an attractive rate up to $55 per hour +

Qualifications

• Strong background in Office Management, Facilities Management or Workplace Experience.
• Experience across multiple sites or floors within a commercial building.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Experience managing contractors and service partners to meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the immediate operational refresh and elevate workplace standards.
• Manage workplace essentials and amenities to create a welcoming environment.
• Conduct regular site walkarounds to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Be the go-to person for day-to-day facilities issues and escalation as needed.
• Build strong partnerships with Workplace Experience and Facilities teams.
• Oversee service partnerships across cleaning, maintenance and catering.
