Loan Market Newcastle CBD is seeking a Client Service Manager to drive residential loan applications from pre-submission to settlement and to keep deals moving smoothly by connecting clients, brokers, lenders and solicitors. Qualifications
- Experience in loan processing, client service management, or similar finance support roles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to make clients feel valued.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset and problem-solver.
- Must have full-time permanent working rights.
Responsibilities
- Own residential loan applications from pre-submission to settlement day.
- Coordinate with clients, brokers, lenders, solicitors and suppliers to keep deals moving.
- Make post-settlement follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the residential team to review and submit applications.
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and help the team hit targets.
