Cuscal in Sydney is seeking a Client Success Officer on a 12-month maximum term contract to partner with our Client Partnership Managers and clients, delivering exceptional service and supporting ongoing client relationships.

You will help onboarding, retention and offboarding, coordinate meetings and governance, handle complex queries, and act as the voice of the client to internal teams while driving process improvements and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Strong client and service focus.
• Background in client or customer support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience supporting service delivery and client issues.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Support onboarding, retention and offboarding for clients.
• Act as escalation point for operational queries.
• Coordinate client governance meetings and incident reports.
• Support account planning and contract governance.
• Champion client needs with internal teams.
• Investigate complex issues and drive corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce risk.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Help clients maximise Cuscal products and services.
