• Support Relationship Managers in managing and developing client relationships across a portfolio of clients.
• Coordinate onboarding and KYC activities across Citi's platform to ensure timely completion.
• Serve as a trusted day‑to‑day contact for client enquiries and coordinate responses with stakeholders.
• Monitor servicing requests from onboarding to issue resolution and escalate where needed.
• Assist with business development opportunities and collaboration with product partners to deepen client relationships.
