Godden Food Group in New South Wales is seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Officer for a full-time role at our Strathfield South site. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email and in person, process orders, and provide essential back-office support to the sales and operations teams.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organisational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Competenze

• Experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems; MS Dynamics NAV is advantageous.
• Food industry knowledge is beneficial but not required.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and in person with professionalism
• Process and coordinate client orders and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain detailed records of customer accounts and transactions
• Provide administrative support to sales and operations teams
