The role covers end-to-end delivery from front end through to completion, with exposure to design development, procurement, contracts administration and live-site coordination in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in civil/construction field or related discipline.
• Proven end-to-end project management experience in construction.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of design consultants, construction contractors and other specialists.
• Contracts administration and claims management.
• Management of statutory approvals and design development processes.
• Exposure to various procurement models and contract types.
• Issues, risk and dispute management.
• Delivery of project management services to client per scope, schedule and budget.
• Scope development and tender submissions.
• Develop and maintain a strong network to deliver services.
• Managing regulatory approvals and design coordination.
• Stakeholder liaison and communication.
• Work in a live environment with buildings open during construction.
• Health and safety and program management.
• Construction management of project delivery and site variations.
