Job summary

Greencross Pet Wellness Company – ARH Sydney is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients and patients. You will greet clients with warmth, manage calls, emails, and enquiries, coordinate appointments, referrals, admissions, and assist with estimates, billing, and payments.

Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or specialist services is valued. You will work across ARH Sydney's specialist and emergency hospitals, collaborating with veterinarians,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, reception, or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and administration abilities.
• A calm, professional, and compassionate approach.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team.
• Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or specialist services is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
