Job summary

Animal Referral Hospital (ARH) Sydney is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative for casual and part-time roles across our Greater Western Sydney (Minchinbury) and Homebush sites. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling calls, emails, and inquiries with compassion and professionalism while supporting appointments, billing, and records.

Veterinary experience is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, reception, or client-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and administration abilities
• A calm, professional, and compassionate approach
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or specialist services is highly regarded but not essential

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be one of the first people our clients meet and a critical part of their journey with us. Your compassion, professionalism, and communication skills will help create a positive experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors.

About the Role

Working as part of our busy specialist and emergency hospitals, you will:

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
