Job summary

Hearing Australia is seeking a Client Service Specialist to welcome clients, manage reception tasks and assist with clinical support across hearing centres. You will handle enquiries, process claims, enter data and prepare monthly reports with a focus on compassionate service.

You will assist clinicians, perform minor repairs, Bluetooth pairing and device troubleshooting, while engaging with diverse clients, including children and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a proactive problem solver with ownership of tasks.
• Positive attitude and growth mindset in daily work.
• Intermediate/advanced computer literacy with basic mobile tech exposure.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle for on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and handle counter and telephone enquiries.
• Cover reception and perform admin duties: bookings, claims, data entry, monthly reports.
• Liaise with clients of all backgrounds, including children and those with complex needs.
• Perform minor hearing aid repairs, Bluetooth pairing and device troubleshooting.
• Assist Clinicians by identifying client needs and demonstrating hearing aids.
