Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in computer applications (MS Suite, CRM) and client management systems.
• Experience in Laboratories or Science background desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing timely responses and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client projects are communicated and delivered on time.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, expressions of interest, and monthly service reports.
• Promote ALS services through client engagement, site visits, and events.
• Coordinate client requirements, including sample pickups, container orders, and invoice queries.
